Request for Custom / Comission.

This doesn't have to be jewelry but it could be.

This could be a request for clothing repair, alteration or modification.

This is a flat fee that will be treated like a deposit towards your custom request.

If your request exceeds this amount, I will send a separate invoice for the remaining balance.

- If you have a set budget you’re working with - Please let me know up front and I will do what I can to work with you to stay within your budget needs.
